super☆lover
technically started out as a livejournal entry i made on november 21, 2005, because i got tired of looking for information about w-inds.' singles and albums and only ever finding incomplete or incorrect information. initially, the entry was a list of releases and the tracklisting, then i started adding release dates, album covers, dvds, &tc until it got to the point that the information i wanted no longer fit in a livejournal entry with any sort of sense. the first version of the site was essentially the discography and download pages, with the gallery started a few months later.
the debut version of the site officially launched on april 30, 2006, at http://superlover.shinigamitabris.net, as a subdomain of my own personal domain. much to my surprise, i quickly started getting over a hundred hits a week, which prompted the launch of super☆lover
on it's own domain at http://www.super-lover.net on september 11, 2006, where it is currently located, and will hopefully be for a long time.
in april of 2007, i opened {jidai}
, a sister site to super☆lover
dedicated to tachibana keita's solo works. it can be found at http://keita.super-lover.net.
Layout and Graphics
everything on this site was hand coded by myself in tacohtml and looks best in firefox, though it has been tested in internet explorer and safari. all graphics were created by and made with images scanned by myself, using textures listed in the credits below. the current layout features an image from an unknown issue of pati pati. if there are any broken links or anything looks wonky, please let me know.

all of these images were scanned in by myself from my own collection, occasionaly borrowing from friends for a few of the different first press cards and magazine articles.
watermarks are in easily removable places for graphics use, but please don't remove them if you post the images anywhere else. credit is appreciated, as i have spent an insane amount of time scanning, cleaning, and posting these images.

hi! my name is tabris, and i am the obsessive compulsive fangirl behind super☆lover
. i'm a twenty-five year old american currently living in the seattle, washington area of the united states, where i recently moved to from the middle of nowhere (ie. alabama). yes, i have a southern accent. i love my car, my ipod, my computer, music, and, obviously, w-inds..
i discovered them nearly three years ago when i ran across the pv for kirei da on a livejournal post. i liked it, so when another friend made a post of a bunch of other w-inds. songs, i snagged several, and ended up with 'paradox' on nearly constant repeat for the next couple of weeks, driving everyone around me completely batty. in november, the 'ageha' tour aired on television along with backstage footage, and it appeared on jpopsuki and i downloaded it out of curiosity. it was love at first song. within days i had pre-ordered the dvd, along with the 'prime of life' dvd and 'kirei da'. from there it promptly devolved into complete obsession. i've tried to keep the site itself unbiased, but i am at heart a complete and total ryuichi fangirl and have been from the first time i saw 'kirei da'- though keita has managed to box-smile his way to a very very close second. ;[]vv
i have been very lucky and determined and have gotten to see w-inds. live a total of fifteen times. four times for 'thanks', getting to see the pv filming for boogie woogie 66 at my very first one; twice for the 2007 fan club event; six times for 'journey', where the incredible happened, and keita flailed at my friend and me, tossing me this for my effort; and three times for the 2008 fan club event, hello front row. if you're interested in reading any of the reports, follow the links below.
